Starting as a small business systems and process optimization department in a global software company in 2010, our focus at the time was to implement Salesforce Cloud technologies across the organization to improve sales, marketing, support and HR processes.

Because continuous development is important to us, the Cloudwharf Academy was created very early on. Initially conceived as a compact introductory program to Salesforce processes, there is now material for the first five years at Cloudwharf ... and if this continues, we will soon have enough content for 50 years in the Cloudwharf Academy.
