All sales processes for the consulting and training business are mapped in Salesforce, tailored precisely to the needs of borisgloger. They are also seamlessly linked to project and training management – including deeply integrated contract management and the ability to create and approve quotations quickly and error-free based on agreed contract conditions.
- Efficient resource and cost management.
All customer projects, trainings and internal projects are now managed in Salesforce, with borisgloger employees able to plan their activities in Resource Planner (Prolisk). Time recording for planned tasks and the recording of travel expenses in HR Works, which are automatically synchronized with Salesforce, take place directly in Salesforce.
- All financial processes bundled in Salesforce.
Automatic creation of monthly invoices with proof of performance based on the recorded times and travel expenses as well as the conditions agreed in Salesforce. Thanks to the integration of Finblick, all financial processes, including the creation of all financial documents and the handling of complex issues such as automatic account determination and inter-company billing, are mapped directly in Salesforce.

Salesforce serves as a central system for managing company data. It supports the efficient implementation of public and in-house trainings through automated processes and offers employees comprehensive evaluations for utilization and forecasting directly on the start page. Public trainings are also offered via a Salesforce-based system (Prolisk Events).
